Terms of Service
Last updated 2 June 2026
These terms cover the free teardown and the paid Listing Conversion Packs. Using either means you agree to them.
What we provide
Bhaniti writes conversion copy for marketplace listings. The free teardown is a sample diagnosis of your listing. A paid pack is hand-finished marketing copy, built to paste into your store: a title, bullets, an A+/description, a keyword block, image-overlay lines, and an FAQ.
Nothing invented
We write only from the facts you give us. We never fabricate specs, materials, certifications or dimensions; where a fact is missing we flag it [CONFIRM WITH SELLER] for you to fill in. You're responsible for the accuracy of the facts you provide and for the final copy you publish on your listing.
Your responsibilities
- Submit only listings you own or are authorised to work on.
- Don't send unlawful, infringing, or others' private content.
- Check the finished copy against your marketplace's rules before you publish it.
Your copy is yours
Once your order is paid in full, the delivered copy is yours to use on your listings. We won't publish your listing, brand or results, and we only ever show anonymised examples with your written permission.
Payment
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as the merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars (a GBP figure is shown for reference); applicable taxes are handled at checkout. Packs are billed once; there is no subscription. Each pack includes one revision round.
Refunds
The Single pack is covered by a money-back guarantee; the multi-listing packs use the included revision round instead. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
What we can and can't promise
We stand behind the quality of the writing. We can't promise specific sales numbers: conversion also rides on your price, images, reviews and demand, which are outside our control. The copy is marketing copy, not legal, medical or financial advice, and it makes no medical, health-safety or guaranteed-results claims.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
