The Single pack is risk-free. We'd rather you try the work on one real listing than gamble on a promise.

The guarantee (Single pack)

If your Single pack ($149) isn't clearly better than what you've got and worth pasting in, email [email protected] within 2 days of delivery and we'll refund it in full. You keep the files, with no back-and-forth.

How to claim

Reply to your delivery email, or write to [email protected], within 2 days of delivery and tell us what isn't working. Refunds are processed through our payment provider (the merchant of record) back to your original payment method.

Multi-listing packs

The Starter, Catalog and Scale packs aren't refundable. They're committed, batched work, so instead of a refund each one includes a revision round: tell us what to sharpen and we'll redo it. That keeps the deal fair both ways, with a genuine risk-free way to try us on a single listing and protection for bulk work that's already in your hands.
