We don't track you: no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. We store only what you send us, and only to do the work you asked for.

What we collect

When you request a free teardown or fill in a brief, we collect your email address and the listing details you paste: the URL, title, bullets, and any notes. With each submission we also store the IP address and browser it came from, used only to stop the free tool from being spammed. Some forms run a bot-check for the same reason.

What we don't do

We don't build a profile of you or follow you across the web. The only cookie we set is the login session for our own staff dashboard, never on visitors.

How we use it

We use your data only to produce your teardown or pack and to reply to you about it. We don't sell, rent, or share it for marketing.

Who processes it

To run the service we rely on a few third-party providers, each with access only to what it needs: a provider that hosts the site and database, a payment provider that acts as the merchant of record (your card details go to them, not to us), and the AI tooling that produces the first draft of your pack before a human finishes it. If we email your pack link, an email provider delivers it.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep submissions for as long as we need them to run the business and honour revisions. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
